What is the AI + Customer Success Summit?

The AI + Customer Success Summit brings together the top minds in customer success to help answer the question: how should customer success teams be using AI? This virtual summit, hosted by Matik, will offer sessions around everything AI from how to incorporate AI into customer success strategies to how teams can start implementing AI in their day-to-day workflows. This free event will be hosted on August 24, 2023, and is a must for anyone on a customer success team, or on a team that supports them (like CS operations, revenue operations, etc.).

Who is this summit good for? 

This summit is a must for anyone on a customer success team, or on a team that supports them (like CS operations, revenue operations, etc.). There will be sessions with content tailored for the leadership of those teams, and for the individual contributors.

When & where is this summit?

The AI + Customer Success Summit will be a virtual summit on Thursday, August 24, 2023, 10 a.m. PT to 3 p.m. PT. Sessions will be held throughout the day, and timings will be released as they are confirmed. Because this is a virtual summit, all you have to do is put on your comfiest clothes, and travel all the way to your desk (or bed) to watch from your computer.

How much does this summit cost?

Nothing! This event is truly free to attend and watch. The team at Matik, as well as the speakers attending, want to make sure that this content is accessible to anyone who is interested in learning more about using AI in customer success (also why we made it virtual).
