We’re excited to share that Matik App for Salesforce is now available! Salesforce users can now create personalized, data-driven Google Slides and Microsoft PowerPoint presentations for prospects and customers in minutes, without ever leaving their Salesforce instance.

This data provides key insights on specific customers, which is incredibly valuable to share during business reviews, renewal presentations, and other touchpoints during the customer journey. However, it can be tedious and time consuming to transform obscure Salesforce data into compelling, personalized presentations. Moving back and forth between Salesforce and a presentation editor like Google Sheets or PowerPoint slows down workflows, and the process of building a personalized presentation can take hours. 

Matik App for Salesforce makes it easier to create these presentations, while also enabling teams to track and quantify the impact of this content.

Matik for Salesforce automates the creation of personalized, data-driven presentations. With the click of a button on the Salesforce account page, Matik pulls the data from Salesforce to create a Google Slides or Microsoft PowerPoint deck with personalized text, images, tables, and charts. All content in the presentation can be edited, including the data behind visualizations, using Google Slides or Microsoft PowerPoint. And if data lives in other apps and data warehouses, Matik will be able to pull from there as well. 

Track and quantify the impact of content

A new functionality introduced by the Matik App for Salesforce is the ability to automatically track all presentations created from Salesforce, so that teams can create reports to see the content’s influence on key business metrics.

As presentations are created, so is a presentation record on the account level. This record tracks what presentation was created and by whom. It also provides a link so that users can easily look up past presentations. These same records can then be used in reports to identify their impact on metrics like revenue.
