In a recent webinar, Nikola Mijic, Matik CEO & Co-Founder, provided an overview and live demo of Matik Mail. With this new product update, Matik users can automate the creation & distribution of personalized, data-driven content to all of their accounts. With the introduction of Matik Mail, Matik users can not only automate the creation of personalized, data-driven content, but they can also automatically distribute this content via email. This type of tailored content is often saved for selected enterprise or strategic accounts due to limited resources, but Matik Mail makes it possible to scale this highly personalized content to all accounts.
Matik Mail can create contact lists from various data sources, such as Salesforce, data warehouses, or even Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel documents. This flexibility allows users to easily create and manage send lists for their data-driven content distribution. Matik Mail also offers several customization options, including the ability to create dynamic subject lines, filter contact lists, add custom text and images, and update the "from" and "reply to" fields in emails.
"This process used to take, let's say hours upon hours a week, to go and distribute this content. Now, with a click of a button, you have the ability for Matik to go and distribute this in a personalized way to all of your accounts. Our goal here is to really kind of automate that entire process end to end,” Nik explained.
In the near future, users will also be able to customize charts and tables within the email body. In addition, teams will be able to schedule emails within Matik Mail, allowing users to automate the email distribution on a set cadence. This feature (and more upcoming features) will further streamline the data-driven content creation & distribution process, helping CS and sales teams achieve better account coverage and results.
